He was fortunate enough to work under Chef Aaron McCargo Jr, host of Big Daddy’s House and winner of the Food Network Star. Next, Doug went on to work at a prestigious country club in Haddonfield, N.J. named Tavistock Country Club. He worked at this establishment for two years and then decided to return to school to further his education and Spanish knowledge. Doug decided to go back to school at Camden County College, in which, he received an Associate’s Degree in June 2005, for Elementary Education. His objective was to become a Spanish teacher. After graduating Camden County College Doug continued to Rowan University. Although Doug changed his major to business/marketing,  in order to focus on businesses he co-founded. Furthermore, Doug worked at Wegmans Supermarket and NFL Films as a chef. After leaving NFL Films he earned his NJ Lead Abatement Supervisor license. Doug is currently doing a number of business ventures and is doing well. He is also working on Cooking With Skinny And Mini to further his dream of having his own cooking show!
